Dr. Jennifer Krasnoff
Dr. Jennifer Krasnoff always knew she wanted to work in the medical field. Coming from the home of an artist (mom) and a musician (dad), you might think a seat on the San Francisco Symphony was in the cards, but the field of dermatology is the perfect combination of her genetics for the study of skin disease and surgery–visual acuity and hand dexterity.
After graduating from Cornell University with an undergraduate degree in French Literature, Dr. Jennifer Krasnoff’s love of the French language brought her to Montreal where she attended medical school at McGill University. She then went on to study internal medicine and dermatology at Yale.
While in her dermatology residency, she met her husband, Dr. Eitan Homa, also a dermatologist, and together they moved to Jennifer’s native California to start a dermatology practice in the San Francisco Bay Area. Together, they founded Dermatology Associates of the Bay Area where they have offices in two locations (Petaluma and Hercules) and offer comprehensive medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatological treatments. They reside in the SF North Bay, where they brought up their three children, and enjoy cycling, hiking, hockey, traveling, and family dinners.
